According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of cars (HS Code: 8703) in December 2024 reached 8.1 thsd pcs.
The import increased by 663.0 pcs (+9.0%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of cars rose by 1.7 thsd pcs (+27.5%) compared to December 2023.
Relative to the same month two years ago (December 2022), the import rose by 1.0 thsd pcs (+14.5%).
YTD, the import of cars totaled 82.4 thsd pcs, which is 5.7 thsd pcs (-6.5%) less than last year's figure.
