According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in March 2024, the import of sanitary pads (HS Code: 9619) totaled 1.2 thsd metric tons.
The import grew by 317.2 metric tons (+35.5%) compared to the previous month.
Compared to March 2023, the import of sanitary pads year-on-year increased by 385.9 metric tons (+46.8%).
The import dropped by 199.9 metric tons (-14.2%) compared to the same month two years ago (March 2022).
YTD, the import of sanitary pads amounted to 3.2 thsd metric tons, which is 844.8 metric tons (+35.7%) more compared to the same period last year.
