Azerbaijan: Imports of sanitary pads for July 2024

According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of sanitary pads (HS Code: 9619) in July 2024 amounted to 1.8 thsd metric tons.
The import grew by 128.1 metric tons (+7.5%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to July 2023, the import of sanitary pads showed a year-on-year decrease of 420.4 metric tons (-18.6%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (July 2022), the import increased by 1.1 thsd metric tons (2.4 times).
The YTD import of sanitary pads amounted to 8.7 thsd metric tons, decreasing by 179.3 metric tons (-2.0%) compared to the same period last year.
