According to data from the State Customs Committee of
Azerbaijan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2025, the import of sanitary pads (HS Code: 9619) amounted to 1.1 thsd metric tons.
The import decreased by 135.7 metric tons (-11.2%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of sanitary pads dropped by 817.8 metric tons (-43.1%) compared to August 2024.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (August 2023), the import showed a decrease of 531.3 metric tons (-33.0%).
Year-to-date, the import of sanitary pads reached 9.9 thsd metric tons, down by 668.2 metric tons (-6.3%) compared to last year.
