, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of copper scrap (HS Code: 7404) in May 2024 reached 343.9 metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the export grew by 46.7 metric tons (+15.7%).
The export of copper scrap year-on-year, compared to May 2023, grew by 24.5 metric tons (+7.7%).
Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the export declined by 76.5 metric tons (-18.2%).
The YTD export of copper scrap amounted to 1.6 thsd metric tons, decreasing by 100.4 metric tons (-5.9%) compared to the same period last year.
