Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the export of asbestos (HS Code: 2524) totaled 22.4 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the export grew by 320.1 metric tons (+1.4%).
Compared to May 2023, the export of asbestos year-on-year increased by 7.1 thsd metric tons (+46.2%).
Two years ago, in the same month (May 2022), the export increased by 1.8 thsd metric tons (+8.8%).
The export of asbestos YTD amounted to 81.4 thsd metric tons, falling by 28.7 thsd metric tons (-26.1%) compared to the previous year.
