According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of iron ores (HS Code: 2601) in July 2024 amounted to 1.1 mln metric tons.
The export grew by 358.6 thsd metric tons (+48.1%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the export of iron ores declined by 70.7 thsd metric tons (-6.0%) compared to July 2023.
Two years ago, in the same month (July 2022), the export increased by 749.0 thsd metric tons (3.1 times).
YTD, the export of iron ores amounted to 6.5 mln metric tons, which is 217.7 thsd metric tons (+3.5%) more compared to the same period last year.
