According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of zinc ores (HS Code: 2608) in July 2024 amounted to 33.0 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the export increased by 4.9 thsd metric tons (+17.5%).
The export of zinc ores year-on-year, compared to July 2023, grew by 1.8 thsd metric tons (+5.9%).
The export grew by 2.0 thsd metric tons (+6.6%) compared to the same month two years ago (July 2022).
YTD, the export of zinc ores totaled 232.4 thsd metric tons, which is 70.3 thsd metric tons (-23.2%) less than last year's figure.
