Kazakhstan: Exports of crude oil for August 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the export of crude oil (HS Code: 2709) totaled 5.8 mln metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the export dropped by 169.7 thsd metric tons (-2.9%).

Year-on-year, the export of crude oil declined by 599.7 thsd metric tons (-9.4%) compared to August 2023.

In comparison to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the export increased by 533.8 thsd metric tons (+10.2%).

YTD, the export of crude oil amounted to 47.8 mln metric tons, which is 171.0 thsd metric tons (+0.4%) more compared to the same period last year.
