According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of electricity (HS Code: 2716) in February 2025 amounted to 94.1 mln kWh.
The export decreased by 47.5 mln kWh (-33.6%) compared to the previous month.
Compared to February 2024, the export of electricity year-on-year decreased by 342.4 mln kWh (4.6 times).
Relative to the same month two years ago (February 2023), the export declined by 183.9 mln kWh (3.0 times).
YTD, the export of electricity totaled 235.8 mln kWh, which is 353.3 mln kWh (2.5 times) less than last year's figure.
