According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of carbides (HS Code: 2849) in March 2024 amounted to 1.7 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the export grew by 286.3 metric tons (+20.5%).
Compared to March 2023, the export of carbides year-on-year decreased by 135.8 metric tons (-7.5%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (March 2022), the export showed a decrease of 851.6 metric tons (-33.6%).
The export of carbides YTD amounted to 4.0 thsd metric tons, falling by 1.6 thsd metric tons (-28.9%) compared to the previous year.
