According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of plastic articles (HS Code: 3926) in May 2024 amounted to 203.4 metric tons.
The export grew by 103.3 metric tons (2.0 times) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the export of plastic articles dropped by 172.7 metric tons (-45.9%) compared to May 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the export increased by 159.0 metric tons (4.6 times).
YTD, the export of plastic articles totaled 828.7 metric tons, which is 658.6 metric tons (-44.3%) less than last year's figure.
