According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of telephones (HS Code: 8517) in August 2024 amounted to 152.3 thsd pcs.
The export increased by 15.8 thsd pcs (+11.5%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the export of telephones rose by 13.3 thsd pcs (+9.6%) compared to August 2023.
Compared to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the export decreased by 413.6 thsd pcs (3.7 times).
YTD, the export of telephones totaled 1.2 mln pcs, which is 1.9 mln pcs (2.5 times) less than last year's figure.
