According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in October 2024, the import of confectionery (HS Code: 1704) totaled 4.9 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 1.2 thsd metric tons (+33.8%).

Year-on-year, the import of confectionery rose by 1.9 thsd metric tons (+65.1%) compared to October 2023.

In comparison to the same month two years ago (October 2022), the import increased by 101.3 metric tons (+2.1%).
