According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the import of confectionery (HS Code: 1704) amounted to 3.7 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 103.6 metric tons (+2.9%).

Year-on-year, the import of confectionery declined by 348.7 metric tons (-8.7%) compared to August 2023.

The import dropped by 379.3 metric tons (-9.4%) compared to the same month two years ago (August 2022).
