Kazakhstan: Imports of chocolate for December 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of chocolate (HS Code: 1806) in December 2024 amounted to 11.1 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 2.1 thsd metric tons (+23.5%).

Year-on-year, the import of chocolate rose by 3.4 thsd metric tons (+44.2%) compared to December 2023.

The import grew by 3.9 thsd metric tons (+53.6%) compared to the same month two years ago (December 2022).

The import of chocolate YTD amounted to 87.2 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 14.4 thsd metric tons (+19.8%).
