, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of unmanufactured tobacco (HS Code: 2401) in June 2025 reached 1.5 thsd metric tons.
The import grew by 542.6 metric tons (+57.0%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of unmanufactured tobacco rose by 610.1 metric tons (+68.9%) compared to June 2024.
Relative to the same month two years ago (June 2023), the import rose by 246.3 metric tons (+19.7%).
The import of unmanufactured tobacco YTD amounted to 8.2 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 2.7 thsd metric tons (+48.4%).
