According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in September 2025, the import of medicaments (HS Code: 3004) amounted to 2.0 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 328.0 metric tons (+19.4%) compared to the previous month.

Compared to September 2024, the import of medicaments year-on-year increased by 33.5 metric tons (+1.7%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (September 2023), the import declined by 698.3 metric tons (-25.7%).

YTD, the import of medicaments totaled 21.4 thsd metric tons, which is 3.0 thsd metric tons (-12.5%) less than last year's figure.
