According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of frozen fish (HS Code: 303) in August 2025 reached 3.0 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 511.1 metric tons (+20.4%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of frozen fish rose by 955.1 metric tons (+46.3%) compared to August 2024.

Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2023), the import rose by 322.3 metric tons (+12.0%).

The import of frozen fish YTD amounted to 27.6 thsd metric tons, exceeding last year's value by 2.5 thsd metric tons (+10.0%).
