Kazakhstan: Imports of nitrogen fertilizers for August 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the import of nitrogen fertilizers (HS Code: 3102) totaled 14.0 K MT.

The import dropped by 4.3 K MT (-23.5%) compared to the previous month.

The import of nitrogen fertilizers year-on-year, compared to August 2023, grew by 2.0 K MT (+16.9%).

Two years ago, in the same month (August 2022), the import increased by 1.6 K MT (+12.6%).

YTD, the import of nitrogen fertilizers amounted to 142.8 K MT, which is 8.7 K MT (+6.5%) more compared to the same period last year.
