According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2025, the import of soap (HS Code: 3401) amounted to 7.9 thsd metric tons.

The import grew by 1.6 thsd metric tons (+26.2%) compared to the previous month.

Compared to August 2024, the import of soap year-on-year increased by 4.8 thsd metric tons (2.5 times).

Two years ago, in the same month (August 2023), the import increased by 2.5 thsd metric tons (+46.4%).

YTD, the import of soap amounted to 41.7 thsd metric tons, which is 17.4 thsd metric tons (+72.0%) more compared to the same period last year.
