Kazakhstan: Imports of surfactants for August 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of surfactants (HS Code: 3402) in August 2024 amounted to 39.4 thsd metric tons.

The import grew by 25.1 thsd metric tons (2.8 times) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to August 2023, the import of surfactants showed a year-on-year increase of 23.4 thsd metric tons (2.5 times).

Two years ago, in the same month (August 2022), the import increased by 27.2 thsd metric tons (3.2 times).

The YTD import of surfactants reached 129.9 thsd metric tons, increasing by 4.4 thsd metric tons (+3.5%) compared to last year.
