Kazakhstan: Imports of plastic containers for May 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of plastic containers (HS Code: 3923) amounted to 8.9 K MT.

The import dropped by 2.3 K MT (-20.7%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to May 2023, the import of plastic containers showed a year-on-year decrease of 1.2 K MT (-11.5%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import rose by 1.5 K MT (+20.6%).

YTD, the import of plastic containers totaled 43.0 K MT, which is 403.6 MT (-0.9%) less than last year's figure.
