Kazakhstan: Imports of plastic containers for July 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of plastic containers (HS Code: 3923) in July 2024 amounted to 9.7 thsd metric tons.

The import grew by 292.6 metric tons (+3.1%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to July 2023, the import of plastic containers showed a year-on-year decrease of 581.9 metric tons (-5.7%).

Compared to the same month two years ago (July 2022), the import decreased by 530.5 metric tons (-5.2%).

Year-to-date, the import of plastic containers reached 62.1 thsd metric tons, down by 2.7 thsd metric tons (-4.2%) compared to last year.
