Kazakhstan: Imports of plastic containers for September 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of plastic containers (HS Code: 3923) in September 2024 amounted to 12.1 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 2.5 thsd metric tons (+26.8%).

The import of plastic containers year-on-year, compared to September 2023, grew by 2.7 thsd metric tons (+28.3%).

The import grew by 1.6 thsd metric tons (+15.6%) compared to the same month two years ago (September 2022).

YTD, the import of plastic containers totaled 83.7 thsd metric tons, which is 888.0 metric tons (-1.0%) less than last year's figure.
