According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of plastic construction materials (HS Code: 3925) in May 2024 amounted to 5.1 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 1.0 thsd metric tons (+24.5%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of plastic construction materials rose by 1.7 thsd metric tons (+48.1%) compared to May 2023.

Two years ago, in the same month (May 2022), the import increased by 3.3 thsd metric tons (2.9 times).

The YTD import of plastic construction materials reached 16.2 thsd metric tons, increasing by 5.4 thsd metric tons (+50.7%) compared to last year.
