According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of plastic construction materials (HS Code: 3925) in August 2024 amounted to 5.0 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 1.1 thsd metric tons (+28.8%) compared to the previous month.

Compared to August 2023, the import of plastic construction materials year-on-year increased by 1.9 thsd metric tons (+61.8%).

Two years ago, in the same month (August 2022), the import increased by 2.3 thsd metric tons (+84.9%).

YTD, the import of plastic construction materials amounted to 29.6 thsd metric tons, which is 8.9 thsd metric tons (+43.1%) more compared to the same period last year.
