According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in July 2024, the import of plastic articles (HS Code: 3926) amounted to 539.3 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 536.2 thsd metric tons (174.9 times).

The import of plastic articles year-on-year, compared to July 2023, grew by 276.0 thsd metric tons (2.0 times).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (July 2022), the import increased by 537.5 thsd metric tons (299.0 times).

YTD, the import of plastic articles amounted to 1.7 mln metric tons, which is 1.3 mln metric tons (3.7 times) more compared to the same period last year.
