Kazakhstan: Imports of tyres for August 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the import of tyres (HS Code: 4011) totaled 770.6 thsd pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 119.0 thsd pcs (+18.3%).

Year-on-year, the import of tyres dropped by 71.8 thsd pcs (-8.5%) compared to August 2023.

The import grew by 239.7 thsd pcs (+45.1%) compared to the same month two years ago (August 2022).

The import of tyres YTD amounted to 5.4 mln pcs, exceeding last year's value by 222.8 thsd pcs (+4.3%).
