Kazakhstan: Imports of bags and suitcases for February 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of bags and suitcases (HS Code: 4202) in February 2024 amounted to 1.1 mln pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 217.6 thsd pcs (-16.5%).

Year-on-year, the import of bags and suitcases dropped by 1.3 mln pcs (2.2 times) compared to February 2023.

The import grew by 84.2 thsd pcs (+8.3%) compared to the same month two years ago (February 2022).

YTD, the import of bags and suitcases totaled 2.4 mln pcs, which is 2.8 mln pcs (2.1 times) less than last year's figure.
