According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the import of particle boards (HS Code: 4410) totaled 149.4 thsd m3.
The import grew by 50.7 thsd m3 (+51.4%) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of particle boards rose by 217.8 m3 (remained nearly unchanged) compared to August 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import increased by 48.2 thsd m3 (+47.7%).
The import of particle boards YTD amounted to 1.0 mln m3, falling by 722.4 thsd m3 (-41.9%) compared to the previous year.
