Kazakhstan: Imports of cut flowers for August 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the import of cut flowers (HS Code: 603) amounted to 21.8 mln pcs.

The import grew by 716.1 thsd pcs (+3.4%) compared to the previous month.

Compared to August 2023, the import of cut flowers year-on-year increased by 9.0 mln pcs (+70.3%).

Two years ago, in the same month (August 2022), the import increased by 12.3 mln pcs (2.3 times).

Year-to-date, the import of cut flowers totaled 132.8 mln pcs, up by 44.4 mln pcs (+50.3%) compared to the previous year.
