According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of knitwear for women (HS Code: 6104) in December 2024 amounted to 1.0 mln pcs.
The import dropped by 37.3 thsd pcs (-3.4%) compared to the previous month.
Compared to December 2023, the import of knitwear for women year-on-year decreased by 282.1 thsd pcs (-21.2%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (December 2022), the import showed a decrease of 532.8 thsd pcs (-33.7%).
Year-to-date, the import of knitwear for women reached 18.5 mln pcs, down by 8.8 mln pcs (-32.1%) compared to last year.
