Kazakhstan: Imports of packaging bags for February 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of packaging bags (HS Code: 6305) in February 2024 reached 2.4 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 544.6 metric tons (+28.9%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to February 2023, the import of packaging bags showed a year-on-year decrease of 479.9 metric tons (-16.5%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (February 2022), the import rose by 1.0 thsd metric tons (+71.6%).

The YTD import of packaging bags amounted to 4.3 thsd metric tons, decreasing by 2.0 thsd metric tons (-31.7%) compared to the same period last year.
