Kazakhstan: Imports of ceramic tiles for December 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of ceramic tiles (HS Code: 6907) in December 2024 amounted to 2.1 mln m2.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 30.7 thsd m2 (+1.4%).
Year-on-year, the import of ceramic tiles rose by 442.2 thsd m2 (+25.9%) compared to December 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (December 2022), the import increased by 359.8 thsd m2 (+20.1%).
YTD, the import of ceramic tiles totaled 25.2 mln m2, which is 3.6 mln m2 (-12.5%) less than last year's figure.
