According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in April 2024, the import of ceramic tiles (HS Code: 6907) amounted to 1.9 mln m2.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 675.1 thsd m2 (+54.6%).
Year-on-year, the import of ceramic tiles declined by 1.8 thsd m2 (remained nearly unchanged) compared to April 2023.
In April 2022, the import was zero.
The YTD import of ceramic tiles amounted to 6.4 mln m2, decreasing by 209.9 thsd m2 (-3.2%) compared to the same period last year.
