According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of jewellery (HS Code: 7113) in February 2024 reached 3.7 metric tons.
The import increased by 3.1 metric tons (6.2 times) compared to the previous month.
Year-on-year, the import of jewellery dropped by 8.0 metric tons (3.2 times) compared to February 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (February 2022), the import showed a decrease of 32.3 metric tons (9.7 times).
Year-to-date, the import of jewellery reached 4.3 metric tons, down by 10.8 metric tons (3.5 times) compared to last year.
