According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in July 2025, the import of iron semifinished products (HS Code: 7207) amounted to 46.0 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 1.9 thsd metric tons (+4.2%).

Year-on-year, the import of iron semifinished products declined by 16.9 thsd metric tons (-26.9%) compared to July 2024.

Relative to the same month two years ago (July 2023), the import declined by 32.0 thsd metric tons (-41.0%).

Year-to-date, the import of iron semifinished products reached 257.3 thsd metric tons, down by 223.5 thsd metric tons (-46.5%) compared to last year.
