According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of flatrolled steel (HS Code: 7210) in September 2024 amounted to 26.4 thsd metric tons.

The import decreased by 7.9 thsd metric tons (-22.9%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to September 2023, the import of flatrolled steel showed a year-on-year decrease of 4.1 thsd metric tons (-13.6%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (September 2022), the import rose by 6.1 thsd metric tons (+30.2%).

The YTD import of flatrolled steel reached 205.6 thsd metric tons, increasing by 11.7 thsd metric tons (+6.1%) compared to last year.
