The import dropped by 1.5 thsd metric tons (-19.6%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to September 2023, the import of hot-rolled coils showed a year-on-year decrease of 2.6 thsd metric tons (-30.2%).
Compared to the same month two years ago (September 2022), the import decreased by 983.6 metric tons (-14.1%).
The import of hot-rolled coils YTD amounted to 74.7 thsd metric tons, falling by 17.1 thsd metric tons (-18.6%) compared to the previous year.
