Kazakhstan: Imports of hot-rolled bars for July 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of hot-rolled bars (HS Code: 7214) in July 2024 reached 35.8 thsd metric tons.

The import decreased by 5.5 thsd metric tons (-13.4%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to July 2023, the import of hot-rolled bars showed a year-on-year decrease of 5.1 thsd metric tons (-12.4%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (July 2022), the import declined by 18.5 thsd metric tons (-34.1%).

YTD, the import of hot-rolled bars amounted to 375.1 thsd metric tons, which is 61.9 thsd metric tons (+19.8%) more compared to the same period last year.
