Kazakhstan: Imports of steel profiles for May 2025

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2025, the import of steel profiles (HS Code: 7216) totaled 22.5 thsd metric tons.

The import increased by 251.3 metric tons (+1.1%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of steel profiles dropped by 796.4 metric tons (-3.4%) compared to May 2024.

Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2023), the import rose by 72.6 metric tons (+0.3%).

The YTD import of steel profiles amounted to 117.1 thsd metric tons, decreasing by 237.0 metric tons (-0.2%) compared to the same period last year.
