, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of alloy steel (HS Code: 7224) in April 2024 reached 36.9 MT.
The import increased by 14.6 MT (+65.5%) compared to the previous month.
The import of alloy steel year-on-year, compared to April 2023, grew by 23.8 MT (2.8 times).
Relative to the same month two years ago (April 2022), the import rose by 11.9 MT (+47.6%).
YTD, the import of alloy steel amounted to 101.0 MT, which is 57.3 MT (2.3 times) more compared to the same period last year.
