Kazakhstan: Imports of steel bars for May 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of steel bars (HS Code: 7228) amounted to 11.6 K MT.

The import grew by 3.4 K MT (+40.9%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of steel bars rose by 2.6 K MT (+28.4%) compared to May 2023.

Relative to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import rose by 705.3 MT (+6.5%).
