Kazakhstan: Imports of steel pipes for August 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of steel pipes (HS Code: 7306) in August 2024 reached 32.6 thsd metric tons.

Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 5.3 thsd metric tons (+19.2%).

Compared to August 2023, the import of steel pipes year-on-year increased by 4.0 thsd metric tons (+14.1%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import rose by 15.7 thsd metric tons (+93.2%).

The YTD import of steel pipes reached 198.4 thsd metric tons, increasing by 21.7 thsd metric tons (+12.3%) compared to last year.
