According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of aluminium sheets (HS Code: 7606) in March 2024 amounted to 2.8 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 216.9 metric tons (+8.3%).
Year-on-year, the import of aluminium sheets rose by 880.1 metric tons (+44.8%) compared to March 2023.
Relative to the same month two years ago (March 2022), the import rose by 1.6 thsd metric tons (2.4 times).
YTD, the import of aluminium sheets amounted to 8.1 thsd metric tons, which is 3.2 thsd metric tons (+66.9%) more compared to the same period last year.
