Kazakhstan: Imports of refrigerators for August 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in August 2024, the import of refrigerators (HS Code: 8418) amounted to 65.2 thsd pcs.

The import dropped by 15.9 thsd pcs (-19.6%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to August 2023, the import of refrigerators showed a year-on-year decrease of 23.5 thsd pcs (-26.5%).

Compared to the same month two years ago (August 2022), the import decreased by 12.1 thsd pcs (-15.6%).

YTD, the import of refrigerators amounted to 587.1 thsd pcs, which is 38.8 thsd pcs (+7.1%) more compared to the same period last year.
