According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of computers (HS Code: 8471) in October 2024 amounted to 625.3 thsd pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 156.1 thsd pcs (+33.3%).
Year-on-year, the import of computers dropped by 185.3 thsd pcs (-22.9%) compared to October 2023.
Two years ago, in the same month (October 2022), the import increased by 196.6 thsd pcs (+45.9%).
The YTD import of computers amounted to 4.3 mln pcs, decreasing by 1.4 mln pcs (-24.4%) compared to the same period last year.
