According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of
Kazakhstan
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in December 2024, the import of computers (HS Code: 8471) amounted to 369.8 thsd pcs.
Compared to the previous month, the import dropped by 199.8 thsd pcs (-35.1%).
Year-on-year, the import of computers dropped by 355.1 thsd pcs (-49.0%) compared to December 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (December 2022), the import showed a decrease of 146.3 thsd pcs (-28.3%).
The YTD import of computers amounted to 5.3 mln pcs, decreasing by 2.0 mln pcs (-27.5%) compared to the same period last year.
