According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of machinery (HS Code: 8479) in July 2024 amounted to 26.5 thsd pcs.

The import grew by 11.9 thsd pcs (+81.7%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to July 2023, the import of machinery showed a year-on-year increase of 12.9 thsd pcs (+94.6%).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (July 2022), the import increased by 20.2 thsd pcs (4.2 times).

YTD, the import of machinery amounted to 198.8 thsd pcs, which is 88.2 thsd pcs (+79.8%) more compared to the same period last year.
